I have a safeguarding concern that I would usually discuss with school. What can I do?
You can contact the school’s Safeguarding Team by email on safeguarding@heathland.harrow.sch.uk and Miss Lee, the Designated Safeguarding Lead, will contact you to discuss and offer support.
You can also call the school on 020 8422 4503 and ask to speak to Miss Lee.
Should you have an emergency, you should contact Children’s Services direct on 020 8901 2690 to discuss with a social worker.
The Safeguarding Team will be in contact with Children’s Services and will continue to support your child if such support is already in place and is required.

Collecting Children from School
The school never releases a pupil into the care of another person who is not a named emergency contact without the consent of their parents.
Children must be collected by someone over the age of 16 years. If staff are unsure of a young person’s age, they will ask for proof before sending the child home.
